Nicholas Watts - Le Mans 1991

The winner of Le Mans in 1991 was the No 55 Mazda 787B, entered by Mazdaspeed and driven by Volker Weidler, Johnny Herbert and Bertrand Gachot. It was the first victory at Le Mans by a Japanese manufacturer and also the first win for a car powered by a rotary engine.
