Richie Ginther driving a Tipo 156 Ferrari sharknose is depicted leading the field as they funnel into the Gasometer hairpin on the opening lap. Although the Scuderia Ferrari's had an obvious power advantage, it was the privately entered Rob Walker Lotus 18 driven by Stirling Moss that was victorious, after a sustained display of driving virtuosity.
The print was published as an edition of 61, this is a special copy with the signatures of all the Formula One drivers from the Monaco Grand Prix 1961.
